I am looking for a Chef de Partie Pastry for a luxury hotel in Surrey.

The hotel is under new ownership and is undergoing extensive refurbishment and expansion.

£20-23,000 p/a – Depending on experience

45 Hours p/w – Over 5 shifts

Opportunity to assist with menu creation for the dessert & afternoon tea menus.

No accommodation is provided so must live locally or be relocating to the area.

They are pushing to achieve rosette accreditation in 2017, so this is an exciting time to join the kitchen team.
