Qualifications:

Degree in Food & Beverage / Hospitality Management,

Strong written and verbal communication skills in  English & Turkish,

Must have 2-3 years of experience as a F&B Director or Assistant Director of F&B  in a five star hotel ( preferably in Istanbul),

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.

Responsibilities:

Strong understanding and knowledge of Hotel F&B operating procedures and business practices,

Establish, monitor and manage budgeted revenue and net operating income,

Assures that the budgeting process is performed accurately and efficiently,

Develop and implement action items and provide support and guidance in each restaurant/bar/outlet to achieve or exceed budgeted revenue and net operating income goals,

Monitor industry trends, take appropriate action to maintain competitive and profitable operations,

Attend and actively contribute to all relevant staff meetings and hotel trainings.
